The latest industry event presented by Northern Rivers Food looks at the future of the Australian Native Foods Industry in the Northern Rivers.

Native foods are being embraced by our best chefs and food manufacturers, transcending their old “bush tucker” status, and are very much part of our restaurant fare in the Northern Rivers region. But what’s next?  What are the new opportunities & trends looming on the horizion for our local producers, food service, food manufacturers & growers in our region?

Facilitator for the evening, Amy Colli from Gastronomic Goodness, will guide a lively Q&A panel discussion about new directions & opportunities for our local food industry.

The expert panel will include Karen Perks from First Food Co, Rebecca Barnes from Sustainable Food Farm, Anthony Hotson from Rainforest Foods, Fiona Kerwin from Caviar Lime Company and Lisa Carroll from Native Extracts.
