About the Role
We seek a proactive Administration/Project Support Officer to assist with administration and communications, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration, including data entry, document management, and correspondence
- Manage phone, email, records, and databases
- Assist with reports, presentations, and communications
- Update website, manage newsletters, and oversee social media
- Support event coordination
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Communications experience, including E-newsletters
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Social media management experience
- Ability to work independently
Desirable:
- Administrative experience
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Website content management skills
