Food manufacturers wishing to streamline their key systems and processes will benefit from the Northern Rivers Food ‘Green Lean for Food Manufacturers’ breakfast workshop being held on 27 June at the Byron at Byron Resort.
This ‘Introduction to Green Lean” workshop will provide an overview of relevant Green Lean tools such as value-stream mapping, root-cause analysis and The Seven Wastes to identify business improvement opportunities and design solutions to address them.
Ideally, at least 2-3 people representing different areas of your business (e.g. operations, marketing & management) should attend to maximize the benefits of this workshop.
The workshop will be facilitated by Green Lean expert, Nick Palousis, CEO, 2XE.
