The RDA Northern Rivers data apps, featured through our website, provide easy access to data and information for both the economic and community profiles of the Northern Rivers. With data being updated regularly the apps provide a valuable statistical picture of our region.
The REMPLAN generated data apps provide access to up to date and accurate statistical information to support a variety of projects, from funding applications right through to school projects. Data can be viewed for our entire region or by LGA and compared with state averages.
The Economy Profile displays employment figures, regional outputs, exports and imports, our value added and GRP. Tourism, as a regional industry, has a dedicated tab and workforce data across industries is also included. The data can be broken down by industry and comparisons made across industry and LGA.
The Community Profile provides a demographic of our region, which includes population, migration, our families, education, work, housing and wellbeing. Data is taken from the ABS Census with some 2016 data sets available and updates as data is released by the ABS.
New updates to the REMPLAN dashboard now make it easier to view, save and share data from the apps. Data can be viewed in a range of charts as well as table view. The copy tool allows you to select a section to copy simply by passing your curser over the section. Your selected sections are saved in the new My Notes feature where they can be easily downloaded as a word or PDF document.
